Within Germany:

We accept the following payment options:

Prepayment, cash on delivery, PayPal, direct debit, credit card (VISA & Mastercard, no American Express) cash payment on site, invoice with proven solid business activity and creditworthiness. Authorities and public institutions are of course supplied on account, please contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Flat-rate shipping costs (regardless of weight, including hazardous goods shipping and LQ shipping):

bis    500,00 ¤ =   9,90 ¤
bis  1000,00 ¤ = 12,90 ¤
ab  1000,00 ¤ = 20,00 ¤

Transport insurance is included for the corresponding value of the goods

We usually ship by DPD and to DHL - Packstation, from a certain size/quantity also by forwarding agency.
Cash on delivery plus cash on delivery charge of 7.50 euros.
For dispatch to DHL Packstation plus surcharge of 5.00 euros.
Collection at the company headquarters and delivery is possible by arrangement.

Abroad:

We accept the following payment options: Prepayment, PayPal, credit card (VISA & Mastercard)

VAT-free deliveries within the EU and to countries outside the EU must be requested from us before purchase!

A refund of sales tax after purchase or VAT refunds in the case of export at your own responsibility are not possible.
